Serve as an HR business partner for Safety and Infrastructure with initial focus on Harvey, IL. Lead talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee relations investigations, labor grievance support, performance and succession management, training, and HR continuous-improvement activities. Provide coaching to managers, drive engagement, and support HR projects and site coverage as needed.

Lead commercialization of new metal framing and cable management products, support manufacturing value engineering, drive product innovation and digital projects, coordinate with product management, sales, and operations to execute strategic development initiatives.

Manage product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned electrical product lines. Conduct market and competitive research, drive new product development, align cross-functional teams, develop training and marketing collateral, and track KPIs to optimize portfolio performance and reduce SKU complexity.
