Responsibilities include policy and detection configuration, alert triage, investigations, evidence collection, case management, false-positive tuning, AI-related data security monitoring, documentation, audit support, and cross-functional escalation. The role partners with Security Operations, HR, Legal, Privacy, IT, Data Governance, and business teams to strengthen data protection controls and operational workflows.

Lead engineering and ownership of cyber defense platforms focused on ASM and CTEM. Build and operate CTEM/ASM/SSPM programs, discover and prioritize assets and vulnerabilities, validate exploitable findings, coordinate remediation across IT and security teams, partner with vendors, and ensure resiliency, compliance, and cost/license management.

Analyze and maintain financial information for existing and prospective customers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, evaluate credit and collateral risk, collaborate with bank groups on treasury and legal documentation, support audits/appraisers, monitor loan disbursements, and produce credit department reports.

Owns enterprise website content authoring, publishing, governance, accessibility, taxonomy, UX, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and digital experience improvements. Oversees website roadmap and CMS enhancements while collaborating with IT, development teams, vendors, agencies, and stakeholders. Supports A/B testing, performance analysis, light graphic design, training, documentation, and emerging digital marketing initiatives. May provide coaching or people leadership.

Leads first-line risk and control programs, including risk assessments, control testing and enhancement, risk exposure analysis, operational risk reporting, regulatory compliance, and remediation initiatives. Partners with business units and enterprise risk specialists to strengthen the control environment, implement mitigation strategies, support change initiatives, and promote risk management best practices. Manages, coaches, and develops a risk and control team.

Coordinate and operate the bank’s generative AI governance program. Maintain AI policies, standards, procedures, control mappings, decision logs, and issue tracking. Produce KPI/KRI dashboards, status reports, visualizations, and executive materials. Facilitate governance working groups, coordinate stakeholders, track actions to closure, and support audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews. The role requires strong communication, documentation, program coordination, process analysis, financial-services experience, and familiarity with responsible AI, GRC, and generative AI tools.

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of deposit and liquidity products, drive strategy and roadmap, build business cases, lead cross-functional delivery, monitor product performance and compliance, and lead a team to execute product launches and optimizations to meet liquidity, risk, and revenue objectives.
