Lead collateral controls for lender finance: track and verify documentation, coordinate third-party audits, reconcile trustee reports, perform counterparty due diligence, manage risk technology and vendors, and build a growing collateral monitoring team to inform credit decisions.

Lead and execute assigned enterprise risk programs (RCSA, controls testing, GRC, third-party risk), enhance risk frameworks and tooling, monitor emerging risks, support strategic initiatives, and manage a small team to ensure governance and regulatory compliance across the bank.
