Owns strategic relationships with Terex Utilities’ largest dealer partners, driving sales growth, profitability, and market share. Manages dealer inventory, orders, and performance through the Dealer Management System; leads demand planning and S&OP input; analyzes market and dealer trends; and collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, IT, and leadership. Develops account plans, conducts business reviews, supports dealer system adoption, resolves issues, and provides extensive field-based account support and reporting.

Leads a CPQ relaunch and becomes the long-term business platform owner. Owns BI and data product requirements, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, PRDs, and Agile ceremonies. Uses SQL and cloud platforms to analyze product performance and validate data solutions. Requires three years of relevant experience, a computer science-related bachelor’s degree, and up to 25% domestic travel; the role is fully remote.

Manufacturing Engineer Interns develop and improve manufacturing processes, including layouts, work sequences, time studies, tooling, equipment, and material flow. They support production lines, analyze technical and quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, implement countermeasures, and participate in Kaizen, safety, capital equipment, and facility projects. The role involves collaboration with manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, and frontline team members while applying analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Supports the engineering team with production problem resolution, testing, prototype and product design, engineering documentation, and process or product improvements. Uses SolidWorks, CAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software. May research components, contact suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.

Leads and develops a team of manufacturing engineers while optimizing processes across welding, machining, hydraulics, electrical integration, and installation. Drives process planning, capital investments, plant layout, design for manufacturability, quality improvements, cost reduction, Lean and Kaizen initiatives, and cross-functional project planning. Requires strong leadership, engineering expertise, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Manage and grow relationships with investor-owned utility customers across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Develop account plans, increase market share, conduct account reviews, provide pricing guidance, identify opportunities, coordinate purchase agreements, and maintain CRM forecasts. Collaborate with product support, service, and marketing teams to resolve issues and drive customer-focused growth. The role requires 50% travel, utility or equipment industry knowledge, complex account management experience, and a valid driving record.

Designs, analyzes, tests, and implements hydraulic systems and components for industrial and heavy equipment applications. Responsibilities include hydraulic simulations, technical drawings, system integration, failure analysis, prototype validation, standards compliance, and technical support during installation and maintenance.
