Manage a compliant, positive onboarding experience for new hires. Coordinate background checks, licensure verification, fingerprinting, drug screening, I-9 compliance, and other pre-employment requirements. Serve as the liaison between hiring managers, Human Resources, and employees; manage onboarding systems and workflows; audit documentation for regulatory compliance; and ensure new hires are fully cleared to begin employment.

Provides first-line helpdesk support for healthcare system users through phone, email, chat, voicemail, and in-person channels. Maintains healthcare technology management records in a CMMS and supports safe, reliable equipment operation. Requires an associate degree or military biomedical equipment training, four years of healthcare biomedical equipment repair experience, and CBET certification or certification within one year of hire.

Provides confidential legal and administrative support to senior legal leaders; manages contracts, legal documents, corporate records, legal systems, deadlines, and approvals. Coordinates board, governance, and committee activities, including agendas, materials, minutes, and governance records. Serves as a contact for subpoenas, guardianships, and legal inquiries while managing invoices, vendor payments, scheduling, correspondence, and compliance-related initiatives.

The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for major repairs and maintenance of the Pneumatic Tube System and essential hospital support systems, including pumps and fire systems.

Gather and document business and user requirements, define system scope, suggest workflow improvements, modify/test/implement third-party software or scripts, lead small-to-mid projects, fully document requirements/testing/code/processes, and mentor Associate Systems Analysts.
