The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for major repairs and maintenance of the Pneumatic Tube System and essential hospital support systems, including pumps and fire systems.

Gather and document business and user requirements, define system scope, suggest workflow improvements, modify/test/implement third-party software or scripts, lead small-to-mid projects, fully document requirements/testing/code/processes, and mentor Associate Systems Analysts.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives including calendar management, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating communication and follow-up, supporting projects and regulatory submissions, tracking tasks, and implementing process improvements to enhance leader effectiveness.

Provide hands-on operational support for hardware, OS, applications, and networked desktops; monitor and resolve tickets per SLAs; lead projects and mentor junior staff; maintain documentation, inventories, and downtime procedures; deliver end-user training and drive process improvements across the healthcare system.

Prepare and analyze third-party cost reports and reimbursement data, verify payer and government rate calculations and settlements, support audits and appeals, provide reimbursement rate information, and assist management with financial analysis, business plans, and special projects to inform healthcare financial decision-making.

Maintain, test, and repair dialysis machines, water treatment and testing equipment; document maintenance and repairs; conduct scheduled water testing; maintain equipment inventory; ensure timely maintenance within grace periods and safe, clean work areas. Complete OEM technical training for B.Braun dialysis machines.
