Provide client-facing support for personal lines accounts by assisting with data entry, quotes, endorsements, billing, ID cards, and renewals; prepare for insurance licensing; maintain agency files; collaborate with underwriting and carriers; handle walk-ins and phone/email service; pursue ongoing training and professional development.

Act as primary contact for commercial clients, support sales by evaluating and managing accounts, analyze markets and carrier quotes, prepare proposals, process new business/renewals/cancellations, maintain carrier relationships, ensure client retention, enter activity into systems, comply with regulations, and pursue licensing and professional development.

Service personal-lines claims: take and enter new claim information, submit to carriers, work with carriers and Risk Advisors to resolve claims, update systems, scan mail, prioritize workflow, assist on larger accounts, and pursue professional development and licensing.

Sell employee benefits by prospecting and generating new business, analyzing client insurance needs, building and maintaining client and carrier relationships, cross-selling across departments, meeting sales pipeline and monthly goals, entering activity into company systems, complying with regulations, collecting receivables, obtaining/maintaining licenses, and traveling as needed to meet client requirements.

Serve as primary client contact for commercial insurance accounts: manage renewals/new business, analyze markets and carrier quotes, prepare proposals, support Risk Advisors, maintain client records, promote services, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue professional development and licensing.

Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting and outreach; analyze client insurance needs; sell and refer across departments; build and maintain client and carrier relationships; meet sales pipeline and monthly goals; maintain records and regulatory compliance; obtain and keep a property & casualty license; travel as needed.

Support personal lines claims by taking calls, entering and submitting claims, coordinating with carriers and Risk Advisors, updating records, scanning mail, prioritizing workflow, and assisting senior claims staff while pursuing licensure and professional development.
