Develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with dance studio owners and educators, identify partnerships and markets, represent DanceOne at events, manage the sales pipeline, forecast growth, provide field insights, and support client retention. The role requires extensive travel, public speaking, cross-functional collaboration, CRM proficiency, and occasional weekend work during event seasons.

Drive studio and partner growth by developing sales strategies, building relationships with studio owners and educators, representing the brand at events, maintaining a sales pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client experience and retention.

Manages daily social publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook; captures and edits short-form event video; engages dancers, studios, and parents; prepares weekly performance reports; identifies trends; and coordinates user-generated and creator content, including rights and approvals. The role requires strong brand-voice writing, social fluency, organization, trend awareness, and willingness to travel to events and work occasional peak-season weekends.

Produce day-to-day marketing assets (social, email, web, and print), adapt and resize approved designs across placements, prepare print-ready files for events, support photo retouching and asset organization, and apply brand guidelines while managing multiple concurrent requests and feedback.

Serve as the CFO's right hand owning budgeting, forecasting, cash and management reporting for a decentralized, multi-entity live-events business. Build and maintain Planful models, cap table and cash forecasts, prepare board materials, translate finance for non-finance teams, ensure data integrity, lead one senior direct report, and drive cross-functional finance projects to create structure and visibility across 20+ brands and 500+ annual events.
