Own end-to-end product design for complex internal and client-facing software, transforming ambiguous operational processes into structured workflows and polished interfaces. Define information architecture, permissions, approvals, business rules, configurations, and system states. Create prototypes and production-ready designs in Figma, establish reusable design patterns, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations to deliver shipped software for both internal operators and end users.

Supports the CEO as a trusted operational partner by managing calendars, communications, travel, meeting preparation, follow-up, confidential matters, vendors, office coordination, recruiting logistics, expenses, and special projects. The role protects executive priorities, drives accountability across teams, improves administrative processes, and serves as a liaison among leadership, employees, clients, vendors, and partners in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, networks, and security systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets and documentation, support IT projects and cloud deployments, perform on-site installations, and assist with client training. The role includes proactive issue remediation, client communication, occasional travel, and rotating after-hours/on-call support.

Owns day-to-day procurement for hardware, software, licensing, subscriptions, and cloud services. Responsibilities include obtaining quotes, placing and tracking orders, coordinating vendors, managing returns and renewals, maintaining procurement records, reconciling invoices, and ensuring technology availability for client projects. The role also prepares client recommendations, supports recurring revenue growth, and develops vendor relationships.

Provides Tier 2/3 managed IT support for business clients across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, endpoints, hardware, software, and email security. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, administration, ticket documentation, client communication, IT project participation, endpoint management, security remediation, client training, and occasional on-call support.
