Provides high-level administrative support to Cruise Division executives, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, office operations, budgets, vendors, onboarding, and confidential information. Prepare and file multistate payroll tax returns, process tax payments, reconcile payroll tax accounts to filings and the general ledger, maintain payroll tax system configurations, respond to tax notices and support audits, validate payroll data and W-2s, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure compliance and improve processes.
