Support daily P&L, valuation, position management, and risk oversight for commodity trading. Price and validate futures, options, and swaps, liaise with trading and support teams, and drive process improvements, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and exception monitoring.

Serve as the sole HR representative in Houston supporting full employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS/ATS administration, employee relations, reporting, and partnership with global People team and senior leadership.
