Own and grow a quota-carrying book of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, driving renewals, expansion ARR, and net revenue retention. Lead end-to-end renewal and expansion motions, forecast and negotiate contracts, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, build executive relationships, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption and inform product strategy.

Serve as a post-sale technical advisor to design, implement, and drive adoption of Port's developer platform. Lead discovery and architecture workshops, produce solution designs and reference architectures, validate customer environments, deliver enablement, and collaborate cross-functionally to capture best practices and improve outcomes.

Plan and execute co-marketing programs and joint launch plans with strategic technology partners across the SDLC. Create co-branded content, webinars, demos, and enablement materials. Coordinate messaging, assets, and timelines with internal teams and partners. Track campaign execution, partner participation, and attribution while building repeatable, scalable partner marketing motions.

Provide day-to-day IT support for US and remote employees, manage procurement and device lifecycle, onboard/offboard accounts and hardware, support SaaS apps, maintain office networks, ensure SOC2 compliance, and use automation/AI tools to improve IT workflows.
