Serve as the customer-facing technical liaison for conveyor systems: triage and resolve support requests, quote service/installation, analyze warranty claims, create SOPs/RCA and technical bulletins, coordinate field changes, and escalate to engineering or service teams as needed.

Lead strategy and execution for integrated automation and material handling solutions across the Americas. Oversee large-scale, multi-site projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; standardize engineering, installation, and aftermarket processes; drive KPI-based continuous improvement; collaborate cross-functionally and build high-performing teams.

Work with sales and customers to design material-handling solutions, estimate costs, develop schedules, solicit vendor quotes, create proposals and pricing documents, maintain drawing libraries, and support process improvements while staying current on industry technologies.

Support all aspects of Accounts Receivable including EDI invoicing, invoice generation, payment posting, collections, credit management, AR aging, reconciliations, month-end support, and AR process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Lifecycle Services, and IT.
