As Director of Legal, oversee all legal functions including intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and corporate matters, while partnering with executive leadership.

Build processes, PLM/ERP integrations, and a North America external manufacturing ecosystem to improve first-pass execution, reduce rework, and deliver products at target cost, quality, and timeline.
