Owns U.S. government market intelligence, partner and prime pipeline development, and supplier-side proposal support for satellite hardware programs. Responsibilities include tracking federal opportunities, positioning EnduroSat with primes and integrators, writing technical proposal content, maintaining export-cleared content libraries, managing supplier registrations, assessing FAR/DFARS flow-downs, and coordinating export-control, legal, engineering, finance, and program inputs.
