Lead the firm’s analytics strategy, roadmap, and growing analyst team. Partner with executives and law firm operations leaders to define KPIs, evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, build forecasting and predictive capabilities, and translate data into business actions. Guide SQL, Python/R, statistical modeling, visualization, data quality, and analytics infrastructure standards while partnering with technology and data engineering teams to embed insights into operational workflows.

Build and manage Braze-based lifecycle marketing journeys across the client case lifecycle. Configure segments, triggers, data feeds, and multichannel communications; coordinate with data, engineering, compliance, and analytics teams; conduct QA and compliance reviews; monitor retention, NPS, referrals, and campaign performance; and optimize engagement programs at scale.

Supervise the claims verification team, overseeing workload distribution, training, quality audits, escalations, compliance, and performance reporting. Monitor accuracy, turnaround times, denials, and productivity while identifying workflow improvements and enforcing internal controls to reduce fraud, waste, and abuse. Collaborate with billing, underwriting, compliance, and legal teams, stay current on payer requirements, and present performance findings to senior management.

Own end-to-end data engineering for a business domain, including API and other-source ingestion, dbt models, orchestration, data-quality testing, monitoring, documentation, and performance. Build reliable, AI-ready single sources of truth and ensure data freshness, accuracy, traceability, and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Director of Data, establish engineering patterns, review work, and mentor other engineers.

Supervise daily settlement operations for a personal injury law firm, including workload management, settlement packets, disbursements, liens, closing statements, and final payouts. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality through audits and process controls. Coach settlement staff, track KPIs, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with attorneys, finance, and leadership to improve workflows, client satisfaction, and firm profitability.
