The Associate Account Manager will develop expertise in paid media and SEM campaign execution, AI-driven optimization, reporting, forecasting, and client relationship management. Clean, structure, and analyze primary market research data using statistical tools; produce client-facing cross-tabulations; perform survey and data quality assurance; maintain databases and data systems; and improve processes while collaborating with research, marketing sciences, and publishing teams.

Design and lead qualitative market research studies across industries and methodologies. Responsibilities include developing discussion guides, moderating interviews and focus groups, applying projective techniques, analyzing transcripts and video, synthesizing insights, and presenting findings through compelling storytelling. Manage vendors, facilities, recruiting, client debriefs, webinars, and colleague training while overseeing multiple projects.

Manage end-to-end market research projects: own projects from handoff to invoicing, lead client communications, schedule/recruit follow-ups, oversee fielding and sample management, perform quality checks, reconcile projects, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Lead new business for Amazon and marketplace services: build pipeline, prospect and close integrated programs (advertising, DSP, catalog, market intelligence), represent the firm at industry events, and partner internally to scope and hand off engagements.

Lead discovery and translate business objectives into structured requirements and user stories, drive backlog management and Agile ceremonies, create tickets in DevOps/Jira, maintain Confluence documentation, support business cases, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product features through the full SDLC.

Design and deploy end-to-end Agentic and Generative AI solutions: architect multi-agent workflows, implement RAG pipelines, build prompts and retrieval, create data pipelines and MLOps deployments, engage clients, run workshops, and ensure AI governance and reproducibility.
