Manage manufacturer debit memos, chargebacks, returns, and outstanding balances; investigate discrepancies, compile supporting documentation, communicate with manufacturers and internal teams, maintain tracking tools and policies, and drive process improvements to recover funds and reduce revenue leakage.

Provide phone, email, and ticketing support for web ordering and EDI; troubleshoot order issues; collaborate with Sales and distribution centers; ensure accurate documentation and DEA compliance; follow up with customers and participate in ongoing training to improve systems and service.

Maintain and update contract pricing and customer eligibility, manage high-volume chargeback lines, resolve pricing/data discrepancies, collaborate with manufacturers/GPOs/internal teams, analyze data with Excel/other tools, and support process improvements and cross-training.
