Provides senior-level centralized operational support for multifamily communities, handling leasing and resident-account workflows, documentation, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, collections, audits, and communications. Serves as a subject-matter expert and escalation resource, trains and coaches team members, conducts quality reviews, maintains SOPs, identifies process improvements, tracks operational trends, and supports technology, AI, and process-change initiatives across the property portfolio.

The role collaborates with internal teams, tenants, and retailers while managing campaigns, launches, events, and multiple deadlines.

Promotes and leases apartment homes, conducts property tours, responds to prospect inquiries, manages CRM records, prepares leasing documents, and supports resident retention and renewals. The role handles customer concerns, move-in orientations, inspections, resident engagement, reputation management, and community presentation while building relationships with residents, vendors, and prospects.

Own and optimize digital presence for commercial and multifamily properties: manage websites and launches, run paid search and digital advertising, implement SEO and Google Business Profiles, manage ILS listings, monitor analytics (GA4, Search Console, Google Ads), report performance, and collaborate on digital strategy and campaign execution.

Provide high-trust personal and household executive support: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate vendors and property maintenance, run projects from planning to completion, track budgets and invoices, organize events, and implement systems to improve household efficiency while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
