Build and scale Albert's talent acquisition function: own candidate experience, design ATS workflows and sourcing frameworks, deploy recruiting automation and AI tools, lead outbound technical sourcing, ensure compliant structured interviewing, and partner with executives and global teams to hire across US, Germany, India, and Japan.

Own vision, roadmap, and execution for core product areas (Notebook, Worksheet, Tasks, Inventory). Lead end-to-end product development, prototype and validate with users, drive AI-enabled agentic workflows, conduct hands-on user research with scientists, and partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship polished B2B SaaS workflows and ensure adoption.

Provide in-house legal counsel across commercial contracts, data privacy and AI compliance, IP and licensing, employment matters, corporate governance, M&A support, and legal ops for a global AI-native SaaS company.
