Develop NLP and NER capabilities for LLM-based, Agentic AI solutions (e.g., LangGraph). Train and validate supervised and unsupervised models, build preprocessing and data-retrieval pipelines, perform automated knowledge extraction from multilingual unstructured text, integrate customer data sources, and ensure data quality, governance, and policy compliance to meet organizational and end-user needs.

Develop and improve NLP solutions for spoken and written language data, including automated tokenization and linguistic annotation, analyze speech/text datasets, evaluate model performance against human annotations, and document methods and recommended improvements.

Perform advanced malicious binary and assembly analysis, identify IOCs and APT activity, develop YARA and SNORT signatures, analyze network-based threats, assess vulnerabilities, recommend mitigations, and support customer cyber missions.

Develop and maintain data ontologies and metrics, analyze large mission datasets with Python/Jupyter/Pandas, automate workflows, build visualizations and dashboards, interact with APIs, identify data/technical gaps, and present findings to government stakeholders.

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-enabled full-stack applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows. Integrate models into secure cloud environments (Azure/AWS), monitor model performance and drift, support retraining, collaborate with cyber analysts, improve vulnerability triage, conduct experiments and AoAs, and provide training and best practices for secure government AI platforms.

Develop, prototype, and transition machine learning, statistical, and graph-based analytics into production. Build models and synthetic data, extract features from diverse data formats, produce visualizations, validate performance using standard metrics, and lead analytic efforts to scale solutions while partnering with software and cloud engineers.

Design, build, and operate a highly available AWS-based platform orchestrating microservices. Implement IaC and scripting, containerization (Kubernetes/EKS/ECS, Docker), CI/CD (GitLab, Argo CD), cloud cost optimization, sprint/task management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. Requires active Top Secret/SCI with NSA full-scope polygraph and extensive experience.
