As a Director in the Actuarial team, you will oversee various actuarial tasks including valuation, pricing, modeling, and risk management, supervising associates and interns while driving product development and managing actuarial projects.

Owns and prioritizes the Agile product backlog, defines scope and success criteria, coordinates across stakeholders, and partners with architects and Scrum Masters to deliver insurance/financial services IT solutions. Manages roadmaps, reports status, and ensures alignment of technical design, estimates, and delivery with business goals.

The Senior Accountant prepares journal entries, supports U.S. GAAP financial reporting, assists with statutory accounting, and collaborates across teams to enhance processes and reporting.

Manage and grow a territory of Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs): recruit and onboard IMOs, support wholesalers and marketers, drive sales of annuity and life products, build marketing and business plans, monitor performance, collaborate with internal wholesalers and home office teams, and track activities in CRM.
