Build and lead Blossom Health’s clinical partnerships growth channel. Develop provider acquisition strategy, validate and refine the sales motion, establish scalable processes and territory plans, define commercial KPIs, and grow a high-performing partnerships organization. The role owns provider referrals, patient conversion, channel economics, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration while taking the function from zero to national scale.

Lead Blossom Health’s clinical partnerships growth channel from zero to one. Develop and test the provider referral motion, refine the ideal customer profile, build scalable sales processes, establish KPIs, expand territories, and lead a high-performing Clinical Partnerships team. The role partners cross-functionally with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Product, and executive leadership to increase provider referrals and patient acquisition nationally.

Design, build, deploy, and iterate on scalable software systems powering healthcare workflows. Own features end-to-end, write reliable and high-quality code, and apply observability and performance best practices. Develop AI-powered clinician and patient experiences while collaborating with engineers, clinicians, and cross-functional partners. Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high engineering standard.

Build and deploy AI-native healthcare products for clinicians and patients. Develop LLM-powered systems, agents, tools, retrieval workflows, and production infrastructure. Own features from experimentation through deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and iteration. Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to identify impactful healthcare applications while optimizing reliability, latency, cost, and failure handling.

Own financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting, and unit economics across revenue, growth, investments, and strategic initiatives. Partner directly with the Founder and business leaders to evaluate opportunities, improve business economics, allocate resources, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. The role also supports execution of identified opportunities and builds scalable financial and analytical processes in a high-growth startup.
