The Business Developer conducts sales calls with pre-qualified leads, diagnosing their financial situations and promoting the Infinite Banking Concept. This involves achieving a minimum sales close rate and managing a personal sales pipeline responsibly.

As a Business Developer, you'll manage leads, set appointments, qualify prospects, and provide personalized financial solutions using the Infinite Banking Concept, focusing on building wealth outside traditional systems.

Serve as the first contact for inbound prospects: make ~150 outbound calls daily, respond quickly to leads, qualify needs, schedule advisor appointments, follow up, rebook missed meetings, and maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records while meeting activity goals and participating in coaching.

Manage warm inbound and outbound calls/Zooms with pre-qualified prospects. Diagnose financial situations, determine fit for the Infinite Banking Concept, and close high-ticket coaching/product sales. Own and maintain your pipeline and CRM, meet performance metrics (25%+ close rate post-probation), and represent the brand professionally in a fully remote, high-tempo environment.
