Provide administrative support for outside plant telecommunications projects: manage permits, track and process invoices and billing, maintain address records and databases, interpret construction and fiber designs, evaluate service requests and complaint tickets, troubleshoot with field technicians, and communicate permit and billing information to internal and external stakeholders.

Perform door-to-door outside sales to promote and sell fiber internet, phone, and TV services. Identify customer needs, close sales, build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and meet monthly sales goals.
