Provide litigation support for the Trial & Defense team: manage caseloads, organize and produce documents, prepare pleadings and discovery, assist with depositions and exhibits, maintain case files, review dockets and e-filings, and track case status.

Join Clyde & Co's Seattle office to handle complex litigation including high-value commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and bad faith matters. Participate in all litigation phases, draft pleadings and motions, conduct research, attend depositions/hearings, collaborate on strategy with partners and clients, and manage deadlines and client communication.

Represent insurers in complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation: analyze policies, draft coverage opinions, conduct legal research, prepare pleadings/discovery/motions, attend depositions/hearings/mediations, manage matters and client communications.

Counsel national and international insurers on complex coverage litigation (pollution, toxic tort, asbestos, construction defect, products liability, E&O, excess liability). Develop litigation strategy; conduct legal research; analyze policies and coverage; draft motions, pleadings, and discovery; take and defend depositions; attend hearings/mediations; supervise associates and paralegals.

Lead design, delivery and governance of compensation, benefits and retirement programs across the US and Canada. Provide strategic compensation advice, manage annual pay review and benchmarking, drive reward analytics and compliance, partner with vendors and stakeholders, and support global reward projects and change management to ensure alignment with firm strategy.

Represent insurance clients in civil litigation matters including insurance coverage, bad faith, catastrophic injury, premises liability, trucking, and employment/property disputes. Take depositions, attend hearings/mediations, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research, prepare case strategies and trial/mediation materials, and communicate with clients and carriers.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to trial and defense attorneys: prepare and proofread complex legal documents, manage e-filings with state and federal courts, maintain calendars and deadlines, assist with trial preparation, organize case files, handle billing and travel arrangements, and maintain confidential records in a paperless environment.

Represent domestic and international insurers on complex insurance coverage matters across various liability policies. Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence; perform legal research and memoranda; manage matters and client communication; take depositions and attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations; prepare cases for trial/mediation and provide active reporting to insurer clients.

Support litigation team by maintaining caseloads, preparing pleadings, discovery, privilege logs, and trial materials; manage document review, organize productions, track case status with spreadsheets, and assist with depositions and e-filing tasks.

Manage a 20-25 matter caseload defending third-party property damage and construction claims. Take depositions, attend hearings/mediations, draft pleadings, conduct Westlaw/LexisNexis research, prepare discovery, analyze documents, investigate claims, report to insurer clients, and prepare for trial/mediation.
