Owns full-cycle accounting, month-end close, recurring and deferred revenue, billing, AP, AR, payroll, tax compliance, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting. The role manages a finance team and provides analysis supporting pricing, hiring, renewals, and business growth decisions.

Serve as the primary client contact for assigned SMBs, build relationships, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, coordinate with technical teams, run regular check-ins and QBRs, and maintain accurate CRM records to drive account growth and retention.
