Coordinates with factories, Asia development teams, design, and cross-functional partners; tracks samples, specifications, approvals, milestones, and PLM records. Lead Cole Haan's U.S. digital commerce experience and a cross-functional team to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. Own digital merchandising, content, SEO, UX, personalization, and commerce platform design; partner with analytics, merchandising, product, and technology to optimize customer journeys, promotions, and omnichannel experiences.
