Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, connectivity, and user accounts; onboarding and offboarding employees; deploying and tracking equipment; managing inventory and support tickets; prioritizing and escalating requests; and documenting resolutions. The role requires two or more years of IT support experience, basic networking knowledge, strong communication skills, equipment-handling ability, and travel between locations as needed.
