Develop and maintain telecommunications AutoCAD and Visio drawings documenting existing infrastructure and producing construction-ready as-built and design packages. Produce up to 30 assessment packages yearly, validate controls in eMASS/GRC, draft authorization memoranda, review CSP documentation, manage POA&Ms, and maintain DoD cloud assessment guides and templates. Provide technical analysis, risk recommendations, and continuous monitoring for authorized CSPs onsite at Ft. Meade.

Lead analysis, documentation, and optimization of RMF-related business processes. Create process maps, swim-lane diagrams, and execution plans; identify bottlenecks; support RMF modernization, automation, and executive briefings while collaborating with government stakeholders.

Lead process reengineering and modernization of DoD RMF workflows. Manage a multidisciplinary team, conduct stakeholder workshops, develop process maps and roadmaps, evaluate automation and AI/ML solutions, and deliver measurable reductions in RMF cycle time and improved operational standardization and adoption.

Lead analysis and modernization of DoD RMF processes using AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, and automation. Identify automation opportunities, develop future-state workflows, support pilots and PoCs, produce executive briefings and technical documentation, and assist workflow automation with ServiceNow, Jira, and RPA.

Lead analysis and modernization of DoD cybersecurity processes by identifying automation opportunities, evaluating workflow and ticketing tools, recommending and implementing ServiceNow/Jira/RPA solutions, supporting AI-enabled improvements, documenting workflows, and advancing RMF and cybersecurity operations.
