Manage and improve Workday HR business processes supporting HCM areas including payroll, compensation, performance management, and benefits. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, oversee Workday initiatives, configure organizational and master data, test and implement business process changes, and manage cross-functional teams and vendors. Investigates wage-and-hour complaints, employment law concerns, discrimination and retaliation charges, attorney demand letters, and sensitive compliance matters. Audits payroll and timekeeping records, monitors state labor requirements, drafts investigation and agency responses, supports litigation and mediation, develops manager training, and recommends practical remediation. Collaborates with legal and cross-functional teams while maintaining current knowledge of employment regulations.

Manage Cracker Barrel’s social content strategy, production workflows, editorial calendar, creative feedback, content capture, influencer coordination, and brand initiatives. Lead community engagement, monitor sentiment and trends, moderate direct messages, guide sensitive guest-relations responses, and flag potential social or public-relations crises. Coordinate internal, agency, creator, store, and event partners to develop social-first content aligned with brand standards and business goals.

Analyzes data management needs, configures application changes, determines testing requirements, and coordinates controlled implementations. Documents and communicates system updates, validates releases, supports Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI compliance, trains stakeholders, provides tier-three store support, and researches application issues. Serves as an IT system expert while partnering with project teams, development, testing, operations, and business departments.
