Manage control room, IP/fiber workflows, LED displays, audio, replay/graphics, vendor relationships, staff hiring/training, budgets, procurement, and cross-functional execution for games, concerts, and events.

Lead strategy and execution for ticketing, venue commerce, and fan identity to grow identified fans and revenue. Manage technology integrations, partner with MLB and vendors, optimize pricing and digital payments, and deliver data-driven insights and KPIs to improve fan engagement and venue commerce.
