Own partner relationships for NY Medicaid programs, using a clinical (OT/PT) lens to drive program design, implementation, and expansion. Monitor performance metrics, diagnose issues, lead cross-functional launches, and translate partner feedback into product, ops, and clinical improvements to increase utilization and program impact.

Support co-founders and VP of People with executive logistics, meeting operations, travel coordination, interview and People-team support, culture programming, and ad hoc operational projects.
