Lead U.S. full-cycle recruitment across Finance, Sales, Technology, and specialized roles. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders, develop proactive sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, provide market insights, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring effectiveness. The role requires independent ownership of recruitment activity, strong stakeholder management, advanced sourcing capabilities, and collaboration with a global Talent Acquisition team.

Outbound and inbound prospecting to generate and qualify SMB sales opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with Enterprise Sales, handle product/technical inquiries, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and optimize sales processes while meeting KPIs.

Own North American partnership sales for unattended retail, amusement, and gaming markets. The Director will prospect and close net-new OEM, distributor, and operator business; manage channel partners; develop joint go-to-market strategies; represent Nayax at industry events; maintain Salesforce forecasts; and achieve territory quotas. The role requires approximately 50% domestic travel and collaboration with sales engineering, customer success, finance, product, and marketing teams.
