Drive high-impact operational and financial projects across the business. Analyze payment activity, build models and dashboards, leverage AI/automation to improve processes, support leadership and customer-facing teams, and execute strategic initiatives to optimize costs and mitigate risk.

Build and own production-grade internal applications, dashboards, automations, AI agents, integrations, and infrastructure-enabled systems. Partner with Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering to translate business problems into scalable solutions, prototype new products, review AI-assisted code, and ensure reliability, performance, maintainability, and technical quality. The role requires independent end-to-end delivery, architectural judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability in an ambiguous, high-autonomy environment.

The Head of Product will own the product vision and roadmap across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and analytics, leading a team of product managers and designers, and driving innovation in AI and payments.
