Provides on-site Tier 1 IT support by triaging tickets, fulfilling service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, email, printers, networks, Active Directory, Office 365, and macOS issues. Provisions accounts and workstations, maintains documentation and procedures, monitors systems remotely, improves support processes, and delivers customer-focused service. Prior IT support experience is required; MSP experience is preferred.

Provides bilingual Tier 1 and technical support in an on-site MSP environment. Responsibilities include ticket triage, password resets, software installations, incident resolution, customer communication, documentation, advanced troubleshooting of Active Directory, Office 365, macOS, Windows, hardware, and networks, employee onboarding, system maintenance, remote monitoring, and process improvement.

Build and run an outbound engine targeting SMB owners and executives in defined verticals, generate prospect lists, execute cold outreach (call/email/LinkedIn), book 4-5 qualified discovery meetings monthly, maintain CRM, report results, and recommend process or tool improvements.
