Draft and negotiate financing, security, intercreditor, depositary, and tax equity documents; coordinate due diligence; advise on PPAs, hedges, EPC and equipment supply agreements; support project company governance, compliance, M&A, sales, and refinancing; manage outside counsel and transaction execution.
