Leads the three-year modernization of the CAI consumer-services application by defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Build dimensional models, data marts, and curated analytical datasets; implement Snowpark, stored procedures, streams, tasks; enforce data quality, lineage, governance, and security; automate orchestration with Airflow/Azure Data Factory/AWS Glue; support finance, risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting; mentor junior engineers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of loan origination and servicing platform modernization including scope, schedule, budget, risk, data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, production cutover, vendor management, governance, and stakeholder communication across business and technical teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor for Financial Services clients to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into functional requirements, design solutions using Sales/Service Cloud and related Salesforce products, support Agile delivery, facilitate UAT, and drive post-production optimization.
