Full-cycle Account Executive selling an AI marketing platform to SMB owner-operators. Own prospecting, discovery, demos, and closes; diagnose business problems, map outcomes, build trust with skeptical buyers, use AI and modern sales stack, and provide field feedback to product and marketing. On-site in NYC; early-stage, high-impact role.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage and optimize multi-account AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, select EKS), ensure security and observability (Datadog), troubleshoot distributed event-driven systems, participate in daytime on-call, and support internal IT/device and identity lifecycle tasks.
