Implements, configures, and supports warehouse management systems for clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, picking, and shipping modules, testing APIs and integrations, optimizing SQL and stored procedures, troubleshooting across application and database layers, and supporting SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
