Design and develop mechanical structures, mechanisms, tooling, fixtures, and GSE for satellite ground station antennas. Collaborate with RF, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability, thermal and structural performance, and regulatory compliance. Partner with engineering, supply chain, and operations to identify cost drivers, evaluate design and sourcing tradeoffs, support deployment planning, track actuals versus models, and present cost risks and opportunities to leadership.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-based backend systems for global antenna scheduling, customer-facing APIs, billing/metering, and orchestration. Build reliable, scalable control and data planes across cloud and on-prem, collaborate with customers and operations, and enable secure TT&C and payload data transfer.

Lead global partnership strategy to expand market access and revenue through strategic alliances. Identify, structure, and negotiate partnerships, manage a global pipeline, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive market entry and scaling in international regions.

Lead SOC incident response and forensics for globally distributed satellite ground stations. Build and tune SIEM detection rules, hunt advanced threats, operate 24/7 monitoring across cloud and Linux systems, create IR playbooks, integrate threat intelligence, and automate response using scripting and SOAR.

Lead capture and proposal strategy for government, international, and commercial space opportunities. Translate technical mission requirements into win themes, author RFIs/RFPs/white papers, manage cross-functional proposal development, maintain reusable proposal content and playbooks, and drive timelines to submission.
