Lead mobile performance efforts for iOS and Android: own startup time, rendering, memory, and network efficiency; define architecture, standards, and tooling; build observability and benchmarks; optimize critical paths and caching to keep the app fast and reliable at scale.

Own strategy and execution for an assigned lifecycle stage: design journeys, messaging, and cadences across email/push/SMS; run structured experiments; partner with data and martech to instrument and measure flows; direct shared execution resources; analyze lifecycle impact on retention, reactivation revenue, and LTV; build scalable playbooks.

Own and operate the lifecycle martech stack end-to-end: administer platforms, build campaign orchestration, manage integrations with data pipelines, maintain CRM data hygiene, define QA and deployment governance, and roadmap stack improvements toward automated, AI-assisted lifecycle execution focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

Own and scale the full employee lifecycle and culture programs: onboarding, offboarding, engagement surveys, events, recognition, manager development, vendor and budget management, and the internship program. Design repeatable processes, run surveys and listening tours, build manager-facing tools, and report program impact to leadership.

Lead creative strategy for paid campaigns across video, static, and motion. Manage agency partners and end-to-end production, analyze paid performance data to inform creative, maintain tone and testing frameworks, QA deliverables, and build repeatable creative systems that scale.
