Senior Product Manager responsible for shaping global product strategy, live operations, monetization, and in-game economy for an FPS open-world shooter MMO. Collaborates with Korean development and global publishing teams, defines KPIs, analyzes player behavior, plans seasonal content, and communicates product briefs and post-mortems to stakeholders to optimize player experience and long-term success in Western markets.

Senior individual contributor owning customer support operations across multiple live-service game titles. Manage third-party CS vendors and SLAs, handle escalations (including VIP), maintain knowledge base and macros, monitor support metrics, and drive process and tooling improvements while collaborating with Community, Live Ops, Product, and international development teams.

Lead publishing and Live Ops execution across pre-launch, launch, and live-service phases. Own schedules, incident response, escalation, KPI analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Drive updates, events, hotfixes, and process improvements while partnering with development, QA, platform, data, marketing, and external partners to optimize retention, monetization, and service stability.

Lead end-to-end marketing project and campaign management for new shooter titles. Own timelines, budgets, asset operations, cross-functional coordination, approvals, performance analysis, and post-mortems while managing agencies, vendors, and status reporting for leadership.
