Lead and scale strategic partnerships end-to-end: source, structure, launch, enable, and expand partner channels. Build partner playbooks, manage lifecycle and GTM motions, train partner sellers, track pipeline in HubSpot, gather feedback, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue while collaborating across Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing.

Serve as the founding Account Manager and trusted advisor for large financial institutions and fintechs. Build C-suite relationships, drive account growth (upsells, renewals, referrals), ensure customer success, translate customer workflows into product improvements, and develop scalable playbooks and processes while collaborating with CEO, product, and engineering.

Own and scale strategic partnerships end-to-end: source, structure, launch, enable, and expand partner channels. Build partner playbooks, co-marketing, and enablement assets; manage lifecycle from discovery to negotiation and scaling. Drive partner-sourced pipeline in HubSpot, embed in partner workflows, align internal stakeholders, gather feedback for product improvements, and represent Baselayer externally. Travel ~10-20% and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing to drive measurable revenue impact.

Research and prospect into banks, credit unions, fintechs, and platforms; run outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn; book qualified meetings for Account Executives; personalize messaging per prospect; meet activity and pipeline targets; collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine sequences; maintain accurate CRM data; and learn the product, market, and buyers to build a sales career.

Serve as a technical bridge between customers and engineering: consult on requirements, guide API integrations, design solutions, deliver demos and training, document implementations, and provide post-implementation support while relaying feedback to product teams.

As a Sr. Product Designer, you'll own the product design process, collaborate with engineering, and improve usability for Baselayer's fintech platform, utilizing Figma and participating in user research.
