Leads application engineering for light lifting equipment solutions across the Americas. Translates customer and sales requirements into safe, compliant material handling systems, including cranes, hoists, below-the-hook devices, structural supports, and third-party equipment. Develops layouts, calculations, technical proposals, estimates, and supplier scopes; provides second-level and field support; coordinates manufacturing, engineering, sales, and execution teams; and supports site surveys, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement.

Supports local service branches by renewing customer service agreements, conducting online business reviews, recommending suitable service plans, and retaining customers. Collaborates with branches to ensure successful agreement delivery and customer experiences. The role requires customer-focused communication, accurate order processing, and occasional customer-site travel.

Renew service agreements, conduct online business reviews, recommend service plans, and retain customers. Provides in-house legal counsel for Konecranes’ Americas operations, advising on corporate and business law, commercial matters, product liability litigation, and related legal areas. Collaborates with leaders and global legal colleagues, manages work independently, and supports clients across North and South America. Requires an undergraduate degree, law degree, and Ohio bar admission or eligibility to waive in. The role is based in Springfield, Ohio, with hybrid work after approximately three to six months and 5–10% travel.

Drive regional revenue growth for Konecranes’ Light Lifting Equipment business across industrial, enterprise, OEM, automation, and direct sales channels. Responsibilities include developing pipelines, selling lifting and material-handling solutions, conducting customer assessments, building strategic partnerships, supporting service and equipment sales, expanding enterprise accounts, and generating new business. The role requires 50–60% travel and is commission based.

Coordinate industrial crane projects from kickoff through closeout, managing budgets, scope, timelines, technical requirements, customer communication, site deliverables, materials, engineering approvals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and final reporting. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating internal teams, technical experts, and field resources to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Provides regional administrative and accounting support, including SAP sales order closing, invoicing, accounts payable coding, accounts receivable collections, month-end and year-end reporting, credit policy compliance, customer documentation, purchasing, filing, and clerical support. The role also handles customer calls, maintains safety and tax records, generates reports, resolves discrepancies, and supports regional meetings and special projects.

Supports sales by identifying, pricing, and quoting spare parts for hoists and cranes. Reviews requests, researches parts using ERP systems, drawings, and historical data, coordinates pricing and delivery with vendors, maintains master data and pricing records, supports obsolete-part solutions with Engineering, and prepares recommended spare-parts packages. Quotes must be completed within 48 hours.

Provides technical aftersales support for Konecranes lift trucks across North America. Responsibilities include dealer and customer training, assembly and commissioning support, field and remote troubleshooting, product quality verification, warranty processing, non-conformity reporting, sales support, and identifying business opportunities. Requires frequent travel and residence near a major airport, along with technical knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and spare parts documentation.
