Develop and maintain C++ desktop applications that interface with motion capture systems. Collaborate with software, hardware, and QA engineers to build high-performance, real-time systems. Contribute to internal tools and pipelines using C++ and Python. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Lead full sales cycle to grow OptiTrack's presence in U.S. Government, DoD, and Intelligence Community accounts. Build pipeline, advance long-cycle technical opportunities, close deals with primes and subcontractors, partner with technical teams for demos and scoping, maintain accurate Salesforce data, represent the company at industry events, and provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.

Lead OptiTrack's finance department: manage and develop the accounting team, oversee core accounting functions (GL, JE, AR/AP, fixed assets), handle vendor/customer billing in Microsoft D365, design financial forecasts (Planful/Essbase), implement internal controls, support audits, and partner with leadership to improve processes. Based in Corvallis, onsite preferred.
