Provides IT service desk and end-user support across business units. The role manages complex enterprise sales cycles across multi-site organizations, including service agreements, retrofit projects, energy solutions, and capital equipment opportunities. It requires collaboration with customers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams while supporting customer meetings, industry events, and strategic initiatives.

Administers and supports enterprise AI tools integrated with Microsoft 365. Owns platform configuration, access controls, licensing, connectors, integrations, monitoring, documentation, and operational standards. Provides L2/L3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, vendor escalation, and production-readiness support. Configures secure APIs, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID registrations, authentication, permissions, and data integrations while partnering with cybersecurity and transformation teams to operationalize governed AI capabilities.
