The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist analyzes ecommerce customer journeys, funnels, page performance, session behavior, and drop-off patterns to identify conversion opportunities. They build and prioritize testing hypotheses, manage Shopify and Algolia site improvement tests, evaluate results, document learnings, monitor conversion touchpoints, and conduct desktop, mobile, and app site walkthroughs. The role partners with UX/UI and ecommerce merchandising teams to improve customer experience and site performance.
