Coordinates deadlines, approvals, inquiries, and urgent administrative needs while ensuring privacy, accessibility, records-management, quality, and DHS formatting compliance. Supports senior officials and external stakeholders in onsite federal government operations.

Develops, edits, and quality-controls executive, technical, and advisory materials for CISA in classified and unclassified environments. Responsibilities include meeting documentation, reports, memoranda, briefing materials, white papers, accessible Section 508-compliant documents, document-package management, fact verification, and publication. The role coordinates with subject-matter experts, analysts, executives, and government reviewers while ensuring compliance with DHS/CISA standards and style guides.

Leads the analysis, design, development, and delivery of classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning assets. Creates objectives, design documents, storyboards, courses, curricula, manuals, simulations, games, and interactive experiences using instructional design principles and the ADDIE model. Collaborates with subject matter experts and project managers, manages milestones and risks, leads development teams, and ensures deliverables meet quality and Section 508 accessibility standards.

Oversee day-to-day project execution, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial activities. Supervise personnel, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage customer relationships, monitor schedules and deliverables, ensure contractual compliance and quality standards, prepare status reports, and resolve risks and issues. The role supports successful delivery of federal government projects and requires active Secret clearance.

The Data Engineer will design and maintain ETL pipelines in Azure Databricks, manage data migrations, and ensure data quality and governance.
