Provides legal counsel to the institutional asset management business and capital markets investment teams. Responsibilities include negotiating investment management agreements, supporting collective investment vehicles and sub-advisory relationships, reviewing offering documents and corporate actions, negotiating securities transactions, advising compliance on regulatory and investment matters, overseeing service providers, and leading legal projects. The role requires an experienced in-house attorney with asset management or private fund expertise.

Develop and manage strategic relationships with national broker-dealer and investment advisor clients. Drive distribution strategy, direct sales, platform placements, research recommendations, model allocations, asset growth, and retention. Prepare client materials, support due diligence and account management, negotiate contracts, coordinate internal teams, and expand firm visibility through data-informed and digital marketing initiatives. The role requires senior financial services experience, securities licenses, strong alternatives knowledge, and frequent New York City office presence.

Partner with institutional leadership to build scalable sales infrastructure, reporting, and analytics. Develop KPIs, forecasting, pipeline discipline, CRM and BI solutions, and cross-functional initiatives to improve institutional distribution effectiveness and growth.

Support and execute firm-wide growth and platform expansion initiatives through research, financial modeling, acquisition and partnership evaluation, stakeholder coordination, transaction support, and preparation of executive-level strategy materials. Drive workplans, progress tracking, and measurable outcomes aligned with revenue growth and market presence goals.

Manage and implement regulatory compliance programs for investment advisers and funds under Rule 38a-1 and Rule 206(4)-7. Perform testing/monitoring, update policies, conduct due diligence on service providers, administer oversight of intermediaries, assist with filings and examinations, review personal trading and electronic communications, and report findings to senior management and boards.

Lead institutional client management for ~30 strategic relationships (pensions, endowments, foundations). Drive retention, cross-sell, client experience, and KPIs; manage associates; coordinate investment, operations, marketing, legal and sales teams; maintain CRM records and develop strategic engagement and retention plans.

Support regional consultants and financial advisors to grow and service relationships across broker-dealer, RIA, bank trust, and multifamily office channels. Drive territory sales, resolve account issues, respond to product and performance inquiries, record activities in Salesforce CRM, and cultivate key "Silver Segment" advisors. Use data to identify opportunities and educate advisors on investment solutions and new products.

The Director, Systems Engineer will oversee system design and maintenance, ensuring security and performance, and will manage various technology teams to fulfill business initiatives.

The Associate Director, Quantitative Analyst will enhance asset allocation platforms, conduct research, maintain production models, and support PM decision-making.

Provide legal support for U.S. registered funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, model-based programs and sub-advisory relationships. Draft and negotiate contracts, prepare and file 1940 Act filings and registration statements, support board meetings, and advise on regulatory and compliance matters while working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
