Own and evolve Sandoz’s Integrated Business Planning operating model across S&OE, S&OP, and long-range planning horizons. Maintain playbooks, standards, governance, methodologies, templates, and tools; identify and implement continuous improvements; support capability development and training; align business requirements with system capabilities; and ensure consistent processes across regions and platforms. Owns service roadmaps, performance metrics, risk remediation, lifecycle management, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, procurement, stakeholders, and strategic suppliers.

Acts as the bridge between local market needs and Global Digital HUB capabilities while promoting best practices, service adoption, and operational excellence.

Leads Sandoz North America's AI strategy, transformation, adoption, and governance. Develops the AI roadmap, prioritizes and manages an initiative portfolio, identifies high-value use cases, drives organizational AI literacy and change, and partners with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable solutions. Ensures compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, and governance standards while tracking measurable business value and advising senior leadership on AI investments and emerging technologies.

Manages end-to-end order-related activities for assigned B2B customers, including forecasting, order management, invoicing, complaints, dunning, and order-to-cash monitoring. Resolves escalated issues, coordinates with commercial and supply teams, maintains customer communication, supports audit-compliant month-end activities, and identifies process improvement opportunities within Sales Operations.

Manage drugstore-channel key accounts to achieve sales targets through promotional activities, account-specific business plans, customer relationship development, tailored solutions, contract support, events, CRM updates, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also requires timely reporting of technical complaints and adverse events. Candidates need at least two years of key account management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings, with drugstore or retail-channel experience, negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
